At Elegantoutstandi, we are committed to providing high-quality communication skills workshops that meet the needs and expectations of our participants. We understand that circumstances may change and you may need to cancel or modify your workshop registration. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling requests are handled for all our workshop programs and services.

We encourage all participants to review this policy carefully before completing their workshop registration. By enrolling in any of our programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Workshop Cancellation by Participant

Cancellation More Than 14 Days Before Workshop Date

If you cancel your workshop registration more than fourteen (14) calendar days before the scheduled workshop start date, you are eligible for a full refund of the workshop fee, minus an administrative processing fee of $25. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days of receiving your cancellation request. Cancellation Between 7 and 14 Days Before Workshop Date

If you cancel your registration between seven (7) and fourteen (14) calendar days before the scheduled workshop start date, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the workshop fee. Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your registration to a future workshop session at no additional cost, subject to availability. The partial refund will be processed within ten (10) business days of receiving your cancellation request.

Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Before Workshop Date

Cancellations made less than seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled workshop start date are not eligible for a refund. However, we understand that emergencies occur, and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a suitable solution, which may include transferring your registration to a future session when possible. We may require documentation for emergency-related cancellation requests.

Rescheduling

We offer the flexibility to reschedule your workshop attendance under the following conditions:

Workshop Cancellation by Elegantoutstandi

In the rare event that we need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (such as insufficient enrollment, facilitator unavailability, venue issues, or force majeure events), we will notify registered participants as soon as possible and offer the following options:

Elegantoutstandi shall not be liable for any incidental expenses incurred by participants as a result of a workshop cancellation, including but not limited to travel costs, accommodation, or lost wages. We strongly recommend that participants consider travel insurance for out-of-area workshops.

Partial Attendance

If you attend only a portion of a workshop due to personal reasons, no partial refund will be issued. We encourage participants to attend the full duration of each workshop to maximize their learning experience and gain the full benefit of the structured practice sessions. If you need to leave a workshop early, please inform the facilitator, and we will provide you with any relevant materials or resources you may have missed.

Transfer of Registration

Workshop registrations are generally non-transferable. However, if you are unable to attend and would like to send a colleague or substitute in your place, please contact us at least seven (7) days before the workshop date. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis. Transfer requests are subject to approval and may require the substitute participant to provide their personal and contact information prior to the workshop. If approved, the original registrant remains responsible for ensuring the substitute meets any prerequisites for the workshop.

Group Bookings

For group bookings (three or more participants from the same organization), special cancellation and refund terms may apply. These terms will be outlined in the group booking agreement provided at the time of registration. If you have questions about group booking policies, please contact us directly for more information. Group cancellations and modifications are subject to separate review and may require additional notice periods.

Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow the following timeframes for refund processing:

Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original payment. Any exchange rate differences between the time of payment and the time of refund are the responsibility of the participant. We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider in connection with the refund.

Promotional Offers and Discounts

Workshop registrations made using promotional codes, special offers, or discounted pricing are subject to the same cancellation and refund terms outlined in this policy. However, refund amounts will be based on the actual amount paid, not the original full price. Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated. If a registration that used a promotional code is cancelled and later rebooked, the original promotional pricing may no longer be available.

Disputes and Complaints

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a refund request or have a complaint about our services, we encourage you to contact us directly. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly. Our team will review your concerns and respond within five (5) business days. If we are unable to resolve the matter to your satisfaction through direct communication, you may pursue resolution through applicable consumer protection channels or alternative dispute resolution mechanisms available in your jurisdiction.

Modifications to This Policy

Elegantoutstandi reserves the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when modifications are made. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically to stay informed of any changes. Registrations made before a policy change will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of registration.
